A photo, if you have one
A picture of the damage, the missing shingles or the trouble spot answers more questions than a paragraph. Text it to us if that’s easier.
The age of your roof
If you know roughly when it was last done, that alone tells us a lot about whether you need a repair or a replacement.
Any deadline
An active leak, a home sale, an insurance claim window — tell us upfront if there’s a date we need to work around.
After you call or send the form
The estimate costs nothing and doesn’t obligate you to anything.
We get back to you
Usually the same day during working hours. If it’s an active leak, say so and we’ll treat it that way.
We look at the roof
In person for most jobs — age, pitch, decking condition and access all change the estimate, and we’d rather see it than guess.
You get a written price
Before anything is torn off. If it’s a repair versus replacement question, we’ll tell you which one we’d do on our own house.
We do the work
Most full replacements are a single day. We clean up and haul away the old roof before we leave.
